New to group

Hi everyone. Today I took. My first shot and logged into this app the first time so feeling my way around . Looking forward to your insights and experience and hope to provide sone too .

    Welcome. There are a lot of good people that will answer questions. Look at the new person area over here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/categories/getting-started.

    Couple tips:
    1. hit this 0hmnynb15c6n.png
    to the right of any post title you make or want to follow so it rings your bell whenever someone posts.
    2. @mamag44 at people also rings their bell.
    3. Watch out for the food log it is user made and full of errors. When i doubt look at other sources and compare.
    4. When you change your food quantities your log remembers. So if you eat 2 slices of cheese for instance, the next time you go to log that it will log 2 pieces of cheese possibly doubling the intended calories. Or if you logged .5 half.....
    5. People (like me) post opinions here. Not everyone here (certainly not me) is an expert. Do your own research if you want to be sure.
