Eats Protein and Lifts - Open Diary

Hi,

I love protein.... A LOT. If you do too, and have an open diary u like to share please add me :)

Like most, I'm trying to lose weight, while maintaining most of my muscle. I lift heavy regularly, and below are my main sources of lean protein.

- chicken breast
- kangaroo mince (not as bad as it sounds :wink:)
-egg whites (my least favorite :sad: )
- tuna

Be great to hear where u muscle man / and girls get ur protein from.

Any suggestions would be good.
