Support for pre-diabetics

Support for pre-diabetics and diabetics. If you’re in one of these categories and a large person you need more calories while limiting carbs. This multiple meals. But with only 3 meals and one snack area the app does allow you to manage past 4 meals. You could solve this by adding 2 more snack meals for a total of 3. This would help greatly and you would also help others that have posted desired to have 6 meals to help metabolism but don’t have diabetes. Thanks.

    Hi there! You can actually add up to six meals to your Diary. To do this on the main website:
    -Login to your account at www.myfitnesspal.com
    -Click Food
    -Click Settings
    -Type in your Meal Names
    -Save your changes

    Or you can also do this from the app:
    -Go to your Menu
    -Click Settings
    -Click Customize Meal Names
    -Add your new Meal Names
    -Save your changes
