Hello, everyone. I'm starting my weight
loss journey today. I will be tracking calories everyday not to exceed 1600 cal. and and my goal is to walk and workout at home 30 mins daily to start by doing youtube video workouts and yoga. I will also be intermittent fasting 1x_2x week. I need to lose
Eighty pounds And I would like to achieve that by summer 2025. I'm from chattanooga tennessee & I'm 37 years old divorced single woman. I'm a Christian and I'm in recovery.God and my sobriety are very important to me. So is losing weight! Since being sober I gained 35 lbs. I hope to find Some people to relate with. I look forward to your reply!
