I have multiple medical issues that require me to do chair exercises. I can move my legs, but I'm unsteady. Any tips on where to find free or cheap chair workouts???

There are a lot of nice free chair exercise ones on utube. Lots of different people offering wide variety and different lengths and intensity, using different equipment.

Sherry Zak has some nice 5 min and longer ones that are nice for range of motion - helps with oiling the joints. I enjoy her Hawaiian ukele version by Israel of Somewhere over the rainbow because... well positive and cheery... she has many free on utube.
