Hi there
Anyone who has gastric sleeve and going through menopause out there?

I put on a few LBS and need to get it off asap m. I’m using calorie reduction and keto chow protein shakes. I’m not doing keto but I love their shakes the best I have ever had!
Started using this app to track everything I put in my mouth and perhaps motivate me

    I am in the same exact boat. I have an appointment with my surgeon to help me get back on track but man... I hate food addiction. I have to cut the carb cycle right now before I gain it back. I have kept most of the weight off but still... time to get busy living again!
