Dinner

I recently started a pescotarian diet. Trying to lose a little weight and eat healthier. I'm actually enjoying it so far. For dinner I cooked a 4 oz Ahi steak with sides of brown rice, broccoli cuts and a delicious salad (spinach and spring mix, mushrooms, red onion, grape tomatoes, orange bell pepper, and sliced Kalamata olives)

    Sounds delicious! I try and have fish 2 or 3 times a week. Tonight I have barramundi, scallops and prawns in laksa sauce with zoodles and broccoli!

    Pescetarian diet is delicious and I feel like its easier to design healthy meals with that approach.
