Dessert Lovers Looking for Support

Good morning everyone!

So, here I am—just a few weeks away from my birthday, and let’s just say I’m about 40 pounds heavier than I was this time last year. 😅 I’m a busy mom of four, and while I could blame my schedule, the truth is... it’s me. I LOVE food (especially desserts!), and I’ve had a complicated relationship with it since I was a kid.

But here’s the thing: I’ve successfully lost a lot of weight before using MyFitnessPal, and I know deep down that it really comes down to our choices. We choose what we eat, and that affects whether we gain or lose weight—unless there’s some medical reason, of course.

So, I’m looking to team up with a community of people who get it—those who love sweets, struggle to say no sometimes, but are ready to change that mindset and get back on track with healthy eating and regular exercise. 🙌
