    You have privacy settings for your account - you could set your diary to public or, if you are MFP friends with your coach, you could open your diary surexcitée to friends. I believe there is also an option to hide your diary behind a password.

    Those are the options if your voyez-vous is on MFP. If they aren't you can also export/ print your diary.
