Post injury weight gain

Long story short I was doing well and had lost from 446 lbs to 349 lbs then I took a hard fall off a porch onto concrete and broke my shoulder and arm. Between being depressed and not moving much I gained a lot of that back. Currently at 406. I know what to do and now that I'm on the better side of healing I'm going to kick into overdrive and lose 100 lbs ! Just remember everyone never give up. I almost did.

    Well done for starting again - and 40 lb lighter than when you started is a LOT so you didn't undo all your original work.

    I've been slipping up more often lately (my calorie graph looks like an extreme rollercoaster) but I'm also getting better at moving on and starting again, no matter how many times that proves necessary.

    That's the way I did it. Twice!
    Still 80 pounds down.
    60 pounds down, then 20 up the first time. 50 pounds down, 10 up the next time.
    Stick with it!
