How to add food and knew it's calorie

I want to know from where I would be able to know about calories I ate?

Hi, in the food tracker, when you click on 'add food' then you can search for things like egg, apple, or bread for those foods, and then choose one that matches how much you ate or the label on your package. If needed, you can add the food with the information from the labels.
Took me some poking around to figure out how it all works, but it is really easy after you find it.
For example, my piece of toast bread this morning. Package said 1 slice, 28g weight, 110 calories.
When i looked at the choices in the food tracker, i could choose 100, 110 or 120 calories. I think this is because the food companies change stuff just a little bit sometimes.... and the old choices are still there.
