Does Sugar Free candy REALLY COUNT as sweets? I am participating in the 40 Challenge. I ate a piece of sugar free dove candy (and it was divine!!). Now I'm wondering...is it considered a sweet?

    Yes they do, they contain calories like anything else. I try to stay away from that stuff if I can because it leads to upset tummies and cravings. Better off eating the real thing if you want something sweet.
