Phone app not working on Apple

I’ve been having trouble with the phone MFP app for several days. It’s not counting steps from my Fitbit. Today I updated and uninstalled MFP on my phone then reinstalled. It has zeroed all my calorie entries for the past several days including today. The only way I can enter or view my food entries is on the website. Is there something wrong with the phone app?

My app stays at loading. **update** As seen on reddit, I deleted my VPN app and it fixed the issue.
