Anyone else on steroids and/or pregabalin?

I was losing weight, but have polymyalgia rheumatica and am on prednisolone. I'm also on pregabalin and nortriptyline for pain and depression. All of these predispose to weight gain.

I wonder if anyone else is on these, and how you manage weight issues? I'm also moving to a vegetarian diet.
