Hello, Ive been using myfitnesspal for YEARS, I am currently on a 191 day streak and about two weeks ago I realized that the app is no longer syncing the correct steps/workouts and isnt deducting my calories from my fitbit (Versa2). I have spent many hours trying to research, uninstall, disconnect, emailing (what I hope is customer service) and I am not getting any help fixing the problem. I am sooo upset. I have currently lost over 20 pounds on this faithful streak I've been on and now that accountability help is no longer there!!! Someone please help me...

    I don't know if this will help, but I have to connect my health app to MFP every morning or it won't add my steps and deducted the calories. I don't know why I have to do it, but I do.
