calories from the marinade?!

Hey guys I need help. I cook a lot and input a lot of recipes but I have a HUGE doubt. How can I input the calories from some marinade?

For instance if I marinade my meet with a marinade of oil, lemon and spices, because of the oil the marinade calories would be high but actually only a smart portion of that will stay attached to the meat and so go in my plate. How can I approximately calculate that? I thought like logging 30% of the total marinade calories but I don't want to mess up my diary doing something inaccurate.

I know for other things nutritionists set some standards (like adding 200 calories for anything fried) but I'm really lost with this marinade thing. How do you do that? I would just avoid to log wine since it's going to evaporate anyway leaving just a small amount of sugar, but what about the oil?
