I would love to hear some of the ways you keep yourself motivated and stay away from tempting snacks/treats. I have high anxiety and when I am anxious I tend to reach for high sugar foods.

I don't have those things in the house. If I'm somewhere else, I try to delay it drinking 12 oz of water or eating an apple. I tell myself that I can have whatever after I drink the water or something. Sometimes it works.0

One thing that I have recently started/learned is to keep a cravings journal. It's relatively simple. I note down what I'm up to in the moment like what i was thinking for example like finding an accountability buddy and how I felt frustrated and angry that I couldn't find one then what I did, I set a timer for 10 minutes and then I either meditate, or listen to audiobooks/podcasts or exercise basically something to replace my thoughts of getting a snack/treat with something to replace it with
Then later in the future I review it with AI to figure out what my triggers are and what's worked0
