I’m new here and excited to start my weight loss journey. I’m currently 167lbs and 5’6 and hoping to get myself down to 125 lbs within the next year.

    Check out the challenges advertised in the challenge forum, new ones start often, and it's a good way to meet peeps.

    Good luck! I like to record my meals before I eat. That helps keep me accountable. Not that I am any good at being consistent. Ha!

    Hi- I just started again. I'm at 156 and would actually love 125 but 130 would make me super happy. I'm having problems getting my macros right and on day three, I'm feeling hungry. Hope this works out well for you. Just journaling our foods is a big step in the right direction. With you in spirit!

    Hang on @gailhfranklin - you're almost through the first 3-4 day hurdle and hopefully hunger will get better.
