Hi,

I just did squats (with dumbbells), military press, biceps and triceps curls and related arm exercises with dumbbells. Each time i did 3 sets of 10-12 reps.

I try to add some calories but I am not sure how many. I exercised for about 20 mins in total, but as you know, you usually make 30-45 second pause between setts.

I was definitelly sweaty and i am sure i burnt some calories. Do you log it? How to estimate it?

I add calethestics- vigorous exercise- usually not quiet the full length depending on the workout- if it's more a HIIT style or AMRAP workout- I add the full minutes 20-30... if it's a heavy lift day- I add a little less- yesterday was almost 2 hours of lifting- I added 75 minutes.

I add it, of course. :)
I talked to a friend of mine who's bodybuilding about the amount of burnt calories and he told me, that if I do weight lifting with normal rest phases in between the sets (like 30sec) I'll probably burn 400-500 calories an hours. So I add 400.
But - I don't eat all of em back, most of the time onl y about 50%
