How to reach the actual tech department?

My Fitbit quit syncing with MyFitnessPal and while I was trying to figure out what the problem was I decided to change my email address linked to MyFitnessPal. Somehow I really messed up my account and now I'm unable to access it on my phone. It seems like this is an issue I could get resolved if I could just talk to someone at MyFitnessPal, but I can only find bots that link articles. Is there an email address or phone number that gets me a tech team member available?
