I lost 4.6 this past week! I focused on eating more protein. I am lifting weights and drinking more water. Let's see if I can do those activities again this upcoming week.

Weight loss/gain/maintenance is about consistency. And while you may do the same exact regimen from this past week, sometimes the body DOESN'T respond in kind since weight loss ISN'T linear. You may NOT lose any weight the next week or maybe less than half of what you lost because usually the first week is a big drop in water weight.
Point is weight loss is a time tested endeavor. Putting on 10lbs of fat weight would take some serious overeating and gluttony if gained in a short time. People gradually put on weight over years, so expect time to take it off as well.
