Allowed Calories

Why did my allowed calories number suddenly increase from 1810 to 2170? I have not intentionally changed my settings. Is this a program change, or something I accidentally did?

In your shoes I would check your settings, to make sure there wasn't a change in your activity level setting, selected weight loss rate or other settings.
That being said, I've seen a few people mention this issue, so it might be a bug (in that case, it would be good to create s support ticket to make them aware of the issue/see if they can help.0 -
Hi!
Check if your app is synching with your exercise or daily steps (if you're keeping track if that on a phone app or function, or watch?).
If it's synching, it will add those "burned" calories as "extra allowance" of calories.
Let me know if this was it!
Cheers!0
