    Fabulous work!

I hope you keep participating in the Community here for a couple of reasons. I'd bet you've:

    * had many quality of life improvements along the way from that loss (I sure did), and sharing those in replies to others' posts may help them stay the course and get those benefits, too.

    * learned some things about yourself, and made adjustments in your methods, in order to reach this excellent point. I think what works for each individual can differ, but the more of us who can share stories about what worked for us, the better that new MFP-ers will understand that there are more things they can try, if what they do at first doesn't work for them.

You probably have a handle on this already, but if you haven't practiced it, this will be a good time to slow the loss rate a bit and groove in the new activity/eating habits you can keep up forever to stay at that beautiful, healthy, happy weight. Long term maintenance is a big prize! (I'm in year 8 of healthy weight, after around 30 pre-loss years of overweight/obesity, so that's an observation from personal experience. There are some good threads over in the Goals: Maintaining Weight part of the Community, worth reading: They helped me.)

Congratulations on your success, best wishes for the next phase of losing that last bit (which I'm sure you now have the skills for), and I hope to see more of you here in the Community!
