When I don't log my food everyday. Sometime I log my food and then don't for some time. How do I go straight to those pages without scrolling thru every date? Thank you

Maybe someone else has a better idea, but the only thing I can think of would be to scroll through the weekly Nutrition view in the phone/tablet app, and find weeks where there are non-zero nutrients or calories in the totals, to narrow down the date range.
In the web browser version of MFP, you could use one of the Reports options in a similar way, i.e., choose a report of some nutrient that will always be present, or calories, plus the longest reporting window it offers, then hover your cursor over one of the non-zero bars in the bar graph to find out what date that was.
I think the length of reporting window might differ in premium vs. free MFP. (Maybe longer in premium? Not sure. But use the longest one you have that works.)0
