what's low cal and stops cravings?

Every midday about 2 hours after lunch my mouth gets really 'plain' and I just really want to get some flavour in without the calories. Im not hungry but I don't like having a plain mouth. Any suggestions?

p.s. I don't like gum, for some reason it makes me hungrier :P

  • Just a thought, drink half a liter of water and then see if you can even face the idea of putting anything in your mouth afterward. Works quite well for me.

    My brain mixes "thirst" with "hunger".

    I drink water or green tea when I feel cravings and I wait for 15 minutes. If I am still felling hungry I eat one apple sliced with skin and one teaspoon of peanut butter.

    If I am not hungry for an apple then I am not hungry.
