The Enforcer- A new belt for weight maintainers

I made this one-hole belt since I've reached my waistline goal and I refuse to go back.
We'll see how it goes.

    Very cool!

I need a new belt or I may just trim down the one I'm using. I'm on the last hole and its a bit loose. Not a bad problem to have...

I had to get it at Tandy Leather to find one without holes. I had to dye it myself. They had the buckle though.

My jeans have worked fine for 8+ years now. I hate to clothes-shop. If they start getting snug, especially with my Winter long underwear on, it's time to creep down my weight a little. And that's if I've been ignoring reality on my scale daily, and on my weight trending app over time.

If that belt works for you, great, sincerely - go for it. Some women use waist beads in the same way.

Well, some women seem to use waist beads (and some marketers advertise waist beads :D ) as something that will actually cause weight loss because . . . I dunno . . . natural crystals, magnetic fields, acupressure points, and auras . . . or something? (I know you're not saying anything remotely as bizarre as that, I just couldn't resist mentioning it because it's just so outlandish, IMO.)

I'd like to sign up for the body shape that gains inches, say, in my bustline, instead of DIRECTLY to my waist. <fume> Of course, what I have means I know where I am every.single.day. (I hope somebody laughs with me!)

Funny for me, because it was having to buy a pair of 40" pants in fall of 2018 that infuriated me to the point of dieting. Waist was down to 35" a year and half later and it's hovered around 36" since. Paraphrasing the OJ trial: "if the pants fit, you must acquit". (Still have those fat pants hanging in the closet as a warning.)

This belt has been a challenge for me- I punched that hole 1 inch too tight.
Ive also noticed on my normal belt that I start the day on one belt hole, and by the afternoon
it feels comfortable to go 1 tighter.
