Can I add days for CORE workout?

Hey,

28 Male, 80kg, 178cm.

I'm not a beginner, but I do low weights at 12 reps and I focus on stretching while doing the reps (full range, slow, and focus).

So I'm training 3x per week, this program: https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/total-package-workout

My days: Sunday/Tuesday/Friday

Can I add in Monday/Wednesday CORE workout + stretches?
The workout will be 20-30 minutes, and stretches for around 30-40 minutes

Sure you can. This is assuming the increased effort doesn't result in a buildup of fatigue though.

Maybe start with the core workout being half length on Monday, and regular on Wednesday, since you have two days after Wednesday until the next full body workout. You could also drop the planks in the full body sessions.

I looked at the workout program. It's quite thorough, with a good amount of compounds and volume. It's not a big deal, but I'd replace lunges with dumbbell Bulgarian split squat. Make sure your protein is high and you're doing progressive overload, always advancing in reps or weight.

Not sure of the significance of you using CORE in all-caps, but if you just mean working on the muscles of the core (abs, lower back, etc) then I simply include a core exercise at the end of every lifting day, changing up which exercise each day, for 3-4 sets (or ~5 minutes).
