A New Start! Bye bye Fat

Hey everyone!

I just made a new MyFitnessPal account, and I’m feeling really good about it! I’ve had my ups and downs with my weight—went from 158 to 134 and then back to 158 because I wasn't active. I figured a fresh start would be a great way to get back to being consistent.

I’m looking to regain my fitness and get back into running. If you’re on a similar journey or just want some support, I’d love to connect! Please note that I am not a perfect dieter and will have days where I flub. I am learning again.

    Ayy that's good that you did this I have been going on and off with exercising do to stress and lack of time haven't really seen much change in my weight exactly thought yet I wish you the best of luck on your journey 😊.

    Hi there,
    welcome back. Why not use MFP as it's intended to be used: chose a realistic weightloss goal per week (probably 0.5-1lbs) and then log all your exercise and eat at least a part of that back as well. That way it doesn't matter whether you exercise or not: the weightloss remains the same.
