I would get rid of the tilapia. All other fish is. Better for you. And you can eat it more often. Salmon is an excellent choice. Fyi if you dont want it fishy tasting remove the skin and any dark meat from the filet.
Chicken chicken chicken. Eats lots of chicken! You can even put it on your salads and use in your soups.
As for what you have. I would do the tilapia with brown or wild rice with the spinach mixed in the rice. And do the shrimp with the asparagus1
