Battled binging my whole life. Trying to stop the cycle. Looking for friends still in the fire and those that have conquered it.

Switching to high volume foods and more filling low calorie vegetables helped me stay on track.0

@CandyF3463 Hi there. I’d say I’ve mostly conquered my binge eating. For me it wasn’t so much the amount of food I was consuming but more so the out of control feeling that came with the urge to eat. I can now recognize my triggers and choose to do something else.
Im triggered by stress and sleepiness. Now I manage my stress with exercise and/or breathing techniques and making sure I prioritize myself and the care I need every day. I also moved my bedtime up earlier in the evening so I don’t get the urge to snack just to stay awake longer..
What are your triggers? How do you plan to change your reaction when triggered? If you need help or support, reach out. We’re all in this together.. 🤗0
