Starting over

I’ve been a member for a few years but I have been inactive so I’m just starting out again. I’m not restrictive dieting, jus tracking calories and trying to eat more nutritious food and moderate “junk” food. I’m also getting back into CrossFit. I am happy to be working on myself again.
