I heard that on my run this morning. It's a good one.

Top three? Hmmm... I would probably say Rock Superstar by Cypress Hill, Lose Yourself by Eminem and Dirrty by Christina Aguilera. They give me a boost at the end of my runs.

    DJ Steveboy's Podrunner Podcast
Running to the Beats by DJ Peter Canellis
Or a couple mixes that DJ Giancarlo Chersich did for Jillian Michaels a couple years ago (still good to run to)

Podrunner and Running to the Beats are both on iTunes. the Jillian MIchaels mixes I pulled off spotify.

basically I don't like anything with words or the risk that "iPod --> all songs --> shuffle all" may hit something with a crummy running tempo. I will go with "All Metallica --> shuffle" on occassion, but that's about it.

My boyfriend will find this hilarious when he reads this because we are always joking about our age difference, but I love to work out to swing music from the 1920s and 1930s. Lol, what can I say? I was close with my grandmother and great grandmother, and I guess their music tastes rubbed off on me. :)

For running, currently the three that seems to speed me up the most are ...

Beauty and the Beast (Jordin Sparks)
    Finally (Victoria Justice)
    Happiness (Alexis Jordan)

My top three would have to be:

    She's so mean: Matchbox Twenty

    Cups: Anna Kendrick

    Avril Lavigne: Rock N Roll

Perfect upbeat songs for the early morning run too!

Great one - I have this one on my Zombies, Run! playlist - fits perfectly.

Top three? Hmmm....just added some new music yesterday and ran with it today.

Cray Button - Family Force 5 (new on the list and came up about halfway through my 5 miles and was the perfect boost)

Cobrastyle - Teddybears (been on my list for over a year, always a good one)

Extreme Ways - Moby (a little Jason Bourne music always makes me want to run!)

I change it up all the time between rap and rock music.

    Shake That- Eminem

No Sleep Til Brooklyn- Beastie Boys

    Break Stuff- Limp Bizkit

This is too hard. I rotate around from tupac, dr dre, disturbed, system of a down, drowning pool, n.w.a. and so on. Somedays I feel like Metallica, Nirvana, or Pantera and other days I need rap or pop music.

My music choices are very mood dependent.

We could definitely hang out, have a couple of drinks and listen to some tunes.
