Tracking my exercises

I'm new to MFP, again. It's changed a bit. How can I set up my own fitness program?

    I don't know about tracking exercises in MFP, if it's even possible. Ofc you can track your session times and calorie estimates in MFP, which I do. I just enter total session time for lifting and manually enter 250 calories for an hour for myself, which is a little lower than MFP's default estimate for me.

    I use Google Sheets to track my lift progression in each session. There are various free and paid apps too, and there was a recent thread about that around here.
