add date of entry to display of user food when using Search your personal foods by name

As some duplicate names exist for some of my foods, it will be helpful if the date of creation of an entry is included in order to select the proper entry. Duplicates exist because it is currently the easiest way to update a food that is used by other users and an update has been made to the product label. Other duplicates also exist in some historical entries. The date is already present and displayed in the nutrition values for a general food search.
