Accountability time!

I am declaring here my goal that I am looking to implement! I find it helpful to have that accountability to someone or something!

Starting Monday I will be getting up every day with enough time to do my morning routine, which includes breathwork, PT exercises, yoga and then the gym and sauna. 6:30am.

In order to do this I’ll also be getting to bed at a decent hour and to do that I will finish my last meal with enough time before bed to digest it. My 18:6 starts at 6:30pm at night so I’ll finish my last meal by then.

These are my goals and I am now accountable to the community!
