Hi, I am just wondering how I can have steak, bacon, sausages with no iron in it? When I input all those foods, it states Iron is zero. Cheers.

Because the database is largely user added, based on the info on nutritional labels, and nutritional labels don't generally have iron listed. So it gets left blank when the food is created.
MFP is damn near useless for tracking nutrients unless you vett every entry and confirm that it has the nutrients entered and that they are correct.1 -
I generally advise people that, while you can use MFP to track calories, it's a really bad idea to use it to track micronutrients. Because foods are added by regular users, the micronutrients are very often either missing or laughably wrong. There are other apps that are much more effective for tracking micronutrients.0
