I want to enjoy my Saturday night and of course the xfactor ( aren't I exciting? lol) but at the same time I am not busting my butt all week just to undo all the good work at the weekend.

So I am off to the gym for an hr during which everyone at home can get their normal Saturday night takeaway. I had salmon earlier for lunch and have some left over and potatoes so I will make fish cakes for my dinner. I have youghurt, meranguie nests and fruit for desert so I am all set for a lovely Saturday night without too much over indulgence apart from that nice bottle of white wine I just put in the fridge...

Hope everyone has a lovely evening :)

    That's so well thought out!

I usually try and make sure I have room left for a beer or a cider on a Saturday, that way I don't feel like I'm being too strict with myself even if I am counting every last weasely little calorie.

Up early for a run in the morning as I didn't have time this before work today so if I do go a few calories over tonight I'll polish my halo before breakfast tomorrow lol

Have a lovely evening yourself :drinker:

For me, I think planning helps me stay on track. I hope you enjoy the workout, and those fish cakes. They sound delicious!
