What should I eat for before morning workout?

So I have read that I should have around 30+ g of protein for breakfast and have mainly carbs and fat before working out for energy. However, if I work out in the morning (before breakfast) then what should I focus more on my pre-workout meal (between carbs and protein)? I normally wake up and have Greek yogurt, kiwi, and banana then go to the gym. Then I’ll have eggs, cottage cheese, and tortilla wrap for my post-workout aka morning. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thank you!

What you're doing is perfect imo. Just so you know though, you don't specifically need protein around workout time. That's an old myth. The most important thing is get your total protein in during the day. The timing of it is far less important. There may be small benefits to protein spacing and timing, especially for older people, but again the most important thing is just get enough protein throughout the day.2

It’s all personal preference whether you eat before working out or not. Look more at overall daily nutrition.1

Eating a meal before a workout is entirely personal. Some people feel they need the energy boost a small snack can provide to get them through the workout; other people prefer not having anything in their stomachs, especially for an early-morning gym session. Note that another myth is if you wake up and workout without eating that your body burns 100% bodyfat to fuel the workout; this is not true, either way (with or without food) it burns the energy already stored in your muscles first, not fat.
So whether you eat before a workout, or not, is up to you. Whether you eat protein immediately after a workout is up to you.3 -
I do strength training first thing and heard I need to eat beforehand otherwise my body will burn muscle for fuel. Not convinced that’s true?

It's not true.
Your workout is mostly fueled by glycogen - carbs, loosely - stored in your muscle tissue, plus a little help from other stored fuel sources. Fasted workouts are fine, as long as you feel OK during the workout. If you feel better if you eat beforehand, eat beforehand . . . whatever is the best for you, based on your subjective response. It's pretty individual.
Get enough protein through the day, plus overall good nutrition in general, and that will be fine. The big protein usage is post-workout, when the muscle tissue rebuilds better. Our bodies don't need to consume bunches right at that moment, if we're getting enough overall.
Personally, I need to eat before morning workouts because I feel yucky and underperform if I don't eat. That's not true for everyone. Individual factors like that matter.

Eating before going to the gym depends on your body goal, for a person looking to bulk up to achieve that body goal for me it is advisable to eat before hitting the gym, so you can have strength to lift. while on the other hand for weight loss persons it is a matter of choice, a little cereal before hitting the gym if you cant handle hunger.

carbohydrate is Your body's main source of energy during exercise. You can eat a full meal 2 hours before exercising, or a snack 2 hours before. Eating carbohydrates can help you work out longer and more intensely.
