Anybody have any nutritional values for any of the menu items for Miguel's Jr and Miguel's Sonora Restaurants? I've googled and nothing ... the Miguel's web site has nothing ... Am I better off not knowing and just writing Miguel's days off as untrackable? I think the Sonora has a healthy fare catagory but in general no info on the regular menu items.
Anybody? Anybody?

Did you see that a rice, bean and cheese burrito is 520cal? That's all I found... just have grilled chicken tacos. That shouldn't be too bad

Usually when I can't find it I use something similar (in this case I would use Santana's) or build a recipe from ingredients and go from there. I'd rather do that than not log it at all. It's so hard with local places like that...

I decided not to log it at all. I know that I blew it and I'm just going to allow myself that. My Cadillac margarita and beer :drinker: were well worth it. I ended up ordering a combo w a tomatillo enchilada, crispy shredded beef taco, rice and beans and ate some chips n salsa and the taco and took the rest home....to Ryan's that is, I told him that he has to eat my leftovers because, I can't indulge for two days.

Ok, the Bean, Rice and Cheese burrito ... I did read that it has 520 calories but only 2 grams of fat??? Can that be true? You KNOW they use lard in their beans and the cheese alone has to have more fat than that, not to mention the giant flour tortilla. I'm not complaining those burritos are delicious and I'd love to believe they contain only 2grams of fat but???
