I lost my previous account information and I'm starting over with a new attitude. Instead of feeling restricted I am bombarding my diet with fresh vegetables and fruits (soups, steams and fresh produce). I'm doing this to the point the processed or "bad stuff" is being pushed out. I still have my days were I binge (Chips, cookies, etc.) but I;m not so harsh on myself and I'm not giving up. I remember having a few diary entries that were so balanced and on pint to my goals I told myself I would copy them through the week but since I have lost those entries I am reaching out to the community for inspiration.

By "balanced" do you mean even amounts of macros? High nutrients/low calories?
Probably my most nutritious meal is when I do a homemade stir fry, with several different types of veggies mixed in with a pan-seared cubed meat (steak or chicken) and a few tablespoons of teriyaki sauce for flavor, served over rice. Almost 80g of protein for only 650 calories, lots of fiber.0
