Thanks, I joined my local Gym in March, and started going to zumba twice per week, I try to do weights at home nothing much just 5-10 mins 4-5 days per week. I park further away from school when I drop my little boy off so we have a little walk together and I get some steps in. I also love grow with jo on you tube, so even if I only do a couple of her 10 min workouts per week I do. Eating wise I h tried to make little changes, so I will have slices of apple with 100% peanut butter instead of chocolate, reduced portion sizes. I still have everything I like but in moderation. I dont feel like I'm on a diet or like anything is a chore, my aim was to lose weight with out thinking about it cause i enjoy what im doing. X2
