Thanks, I joined my local Gym in March, and started going to zumba twice per week, I try to do weights at home nothing much just 5-10 mins 4-5 days per week. I park further away from school when I drop my little boy off so we have a little walk together and I get some steps in. I also love grow with jo on you tube, so even if I only do a couple of her 10 min workouts per week I do. Eating wise I h tried to make little changes, so I will have slices of apple with 100% peanut butter instead of chocolate, reduced portion sizes. I still have everything I like but in moderation. I dont feel like I'm on a diet or like anything is a chore, my aim was to lose weight with out thinking about it cause i enjoy what im doing. X

@atkenyon19 I'm a bit too old for Zumba. Plus, I've had knee replacement, so it's not advisable to do high impact exercises.

I'll probably join our local gym after the first of the year and start slowly. I do have a complete selection of hex dumbbells, wedges (that people use for lunges, etc. I use them for calf raises) and a few other items at home. I like to walk. But, where I live it's been raining most days lately.

    Keep up the good work!
