So I've noticed that some days I find it is hard to eat the recommended 1400 calories a day (especially when I work out) and other days I can't stop eating. It's a problem really. I know if I wake up and sip my coffee in the morning I wont want breakfast or lunch or whatever and I'm turned off by eating. However, if I don' t have my coffee I can' stop binging. Is this a problem I should seek help for? I mean I use to binge and purge a lot when I was younger but I don't do those things anymore and am trying really hard to be healthy. It's either I eat too much or too little - every day. What is wrong? What should I do? I

Coffee can curb your appetite. That's natural. As long as you aren't consuming a gallon of coffee in the morning I say your fine. Keep sipping that coffee if it helps.

When you feel so hungry that you are about to binge....drink a cold glass of water and then coffee if that doesn't work. Cold water can also curb your appetite. I mean that's just my opinion. I am definitely not a doctor.

I drink a couple cups of black coffee with artificial sweetener in the morning. It helps me a lot.
