IF - 8 Pounds In 2 Weeks

So this is the closing of week 2 on my IF diet. I have not veered off course even once. I have been way under my caloric needs every day and have been doing well with my strength and cardio training.

I know this thing says 4 pounds. That's just because I am slow and didn't input the numbers correctly when I started my profile. I am actually down 8 pounds.

I LOVE IF!

I cannot tell you how great this diet has been for me. I love it. It is by far the easiest routine I have ever followed.

I fast for 20 hours and eat between 1pm and 5pm. The fat is falling off! My clothes are starting to get loose and I have lost an inch and a half off my waist already.

We shall see what happens in week 3.
