New here. I joined to help me keep track of what I eat & my eating habits. I’m in my 40s & it does get harder to lose weight but I know it can be done. I’m lifting weights as well, I’d like to lose 10-15 & tone up 💪🏻

Lifting weights makes a big difference in both how your body looks and feels... at least r I know it did for me. Stick with it!0
