How do I add a new food to the list? The ones available are not the one I need.

I am trying to add Great Value Apples and Cinnamon high protein instant oatmeal. The others show 6 grams of protein and this is 10. I am a bariatric surgery patient so I need to track my protein accurately. Thanks

    I’m not sure what platform you’re using to input your data but on the iOS app you go to diary and select Add Food under the meal you wish to enter. Then go to My Foods at the top. Then select Create a Food. There you can add the brand name, the serving size and nutritional information. Then you can add a serving or so to your food diary. Or if you prefer a Quick Add is now an option, looks to be just calorie based for faster logging. They really changed the process. It used to be easier to find. I can’t speak to how that’s done in the android app or on the web version.
