My daily diet plan on here doesn't allow for any poly or mono unsaturated fats. I thought they were the good fats. Anyone know why?

MFP sets goals based on mainstream dietary advice, usually US source. Last I knew, the USDA/NIH/etc. didn't have specific guidelines for how much mono- or polyunsaturated fats we should eat. Therefore, MFP defaults the value to zero. They're not saying you shouldn't eat the mono and poly fats, they're just leaving it so you can set the goal to however much you think you should eat.0
