Hey guys I’m new here, I’m 20 and I was told because of my pcos and endometriosis I have little to no chance of having kids. I need foods that can help my body start to heal my body any ideas??

Anti inflammation diet, low carb, low sugar. Look up wobenzyme n and low dose Naltrexone for endo.
Research it and get Dr opinion. Anyone I know with the above has been on these diets and supps

I'm sorry that you are going through that. Please find a different Dr.(endocrinologist)who understands alternative options.
Some people have had success on low-carb diets, metformin, and Myo-inosital with vitamin D and folate.
I went through the same thing. I went on a keto diet and walked 12k steps a day...also took metformin for my insulin resistance and pcos...and my cycle became regular, also lost 90lbs...in 1 year.
There are soooooo many success stories about pcos/infertility/keto. Not,sure if they are on here, but reddit has a ton.
There is also lots of information from reputable studies just search online.
Lastly, things will be ok. Exercise is important for pcos, also sugar in all forms aggravates it.
Sometimes, the answer really is in what we eat,far too often Dr's push pills instead of attempting to treat the underlying causes.1
