Hi there,
Hey Everyone! š
I'm new to this app! My main primary goal is to bulk up on extra weight where possible. I have an extremely fast metabolism and as a result I struggle to gain extra weight. I'm 6ft 3" and my weight is around 10st 02lbs. I don't have the best diet due to a dislike in most vegetables and seafood. I used to go to the gym a couple of times a week with a few friends until I got heart palpitations whenever I exercised. My cardiologist around 10 years ago suggested that I cut out caffeine and energy drinks from my diet and did light exercise. During COVID we lost our father to COVID and my mental health took a downward spiral. We've since got a new family dog about 2 and half years ago a (Frenchie) and I'm often outdoors spending time outside going on long walks for miles and miles often getting lost in the woods or over the fields together. My BMI is 17.75 and I need to try to change this.
