I do the 30 DS with 3 pounds weights and eat 1000 calories a day.......oh and I do hours of elliptical.

What? But, you aren't doing prancercise? What you're doing will probably work, but it would work better if you included prancercise.

I lift weights. You can consume all the protein you want, you can do whatever else you like, but some research will show you that it comes down to this: how much body fat do you have left to lose and are you making your muscles work? Everything else is a magic show designed to make you feel good.

HEAVY lifting, a sensible macro ratio, minimal cardio (none in my case) and only a small caloric deficit (eat as much as you can while still loosing weight.)

Lift heavy, get enough protein and rest, have a small deficit. If my strength drops too much from cutting calories, I will add back some calories.

i lost 13lbs in the past 2 month, one pound muscle and 12 pounds fat. I measured it with a Omron body fat electronic calculator. I eat protein and was in Ketos and walked about 12,500 steps per day.

I watch my macros, aim for 120-150g protein per day. 100g carbs. 50g fat.

Aim for a calorie deficit of about 500 per day (averaged over the week)

Plus weight training 4 x per week on a split upper/lower routine.

Sorry, OP, that your thread was highjacked, but the Prancercise topic is just too cute to ignore. Thanks to others for posting the gif and the urls! Love it!

Lifting heavy and I started supplementing with BCAAs. I'm currently in a calorie deficit and training for a half marathon. My trainer had me start BCAAs since allegedly they help spare muscle tissue.
