Hello new on here I am looking at signing up to a running club or possibly even doing some park runs can anyone give some advice thanks .

Why not look up where your next parkrun is and just go there? People are generally super supportive. If you can't run 5k then no problem. Just walk. Or just look at what's happening.0

Hello, there are lots of UK Athletics running clubs in the north east, many of them also have social running groups if you aren't interested in competitive running. There are also lots of non affiliated social running groups. You can use the Run Together website to find clubs local to you. If you are around Tyneside / South Northumberland you have These Girls Can Run, Run Sisters, Monkey Runners, and Red Kite Runners plus many, many more.0
